Main competencies that the graduate will have

The main professional competencies that the graduate will have:

− analysis of legal norms and legal relations that are objects of professional activity;

− provision of law-making and law enforcement activities;

− drafting of legal documents;

− collection and analysis of normative and factual information on the activities of state bodies in the field of international law, bilateral and multilateral communication relations;

− analysis of legal practice;

− application of the most important norms of private international law, the ability to analyze civil law relations with foreign individuals and legal entities;

- translation (direct and reverse) of documents and materials from a foreign language when working in government agencies, scientific and higher educational institutions, conducting negotiations.

Area of future professional occupation

Public administration bodies related to the international legal sphere; legislative authorities; executive authorities; judicial authorities and the bar; legal services in institutions, organizations, enterprises; academic, university and industry research institutes. Graduates are in demand by government agencies that are engaged in foreign economic and investment activities, with specialization in the administration of free economic zones, banking, structures engaged in international tourism, can also work as translators-assistants.
