Applying state and international legal norms within interstate and cross-border relations; legal representation and protection of interests of a party, confronting the other party in state and international courts, other bodies and organizations. Consultation and representation in civil, economic and labor cases. Written and oral explanations of the legal issues, grounding on the norms of state legislation and international documents; drafting legal documents. Management of legal departments of companies. Organization and management of international legal projects. Conducting fundamental, applied and cross-study researches within legal sciences. Lecturing and master’s projects supervising.
