Preparatory department for International Citizens

 Preparatory department for International Citizens includes learning of the Russian language and academic subjects necessary to enter Higher Educational Establishments of the Republic of Belarus to obtain higher education in accordance with the chosen training profile.

After completion of the program students are issued Certificates, allowing to continue their education at higher educational establishments of the Republic of Belarus.

 THE CENTER FOR PRE-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION

offers training for foreign citizens and stateless persons in the following educational programs:

1. PREPARATORY DEPARTMENT

in the 2026/2027 academic year*

An educational program aimed at studying the subjects required for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the chosen educational profile:

Duration of study: 10 months:

Tuition fee in Russian: 2180 US dollars

Tuition fee in English:  2380 US dollars

Duration of study: 9 months:

Tuition fee in Russian:  2180 US dollars

Tuition fee in English:  2380 US dollars

Duration of study: 8 months:

Tuition fee in Russian: 1980 US dollars

Tuition fee in English: 2180 US dollars

** - except for foreign citizens and stateless persons who have equal status with Citizens of the Republic of Belarus have the right to education:

1.1. Permanent residents of the Republic of Belarus (hold a residence permit);

1.2. Foreign citizens and stateless persons who have been granted refugee status in the Republic of Belarus (hold a refugee certificate);

1.3. Foreign citizens and stateless persons of Belarusian nationality permanently residing in foreign countries.

Upon completion of studies, a certificate of completion of the pre-university training faculty, preparatory department, or preparatory courses is issued.

2. PREPARATORY COURSES

in the 2026/2027 academic year*

Educational program aimed at studying individual subjects required for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus:

800-hour curriculum:

Duration of study - 10 months

Tuition fee – 1680 US dollars

Classes per group of 10 students

** - except for foreign citizens and stateless persons who have the same right to education as citizens of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus (holding a residence permit);

1.2. foreign citizens and stateless persons who have been granted refugee status in the Republic of Belarus (holding a refugee certificate);

1.3. foreign citizens and stateless persons of Belarusian nationality permanently residing in foreign countries.
