During the second session, the participants discussed recommendations on harmonizing the legislation of the CSTO member states to ensure internal stability and counteract technologies of external destructive influence aimed at destabilizing the socio-political situation.

During the discussion, the participants noted that due to high integration ties, the destabilization of the situation in one CSTO state could cause negative processes in other countries of the Organization. In this regard, the participants paid special attention to the improvement of criminal law protection measures.
