Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno and Gansu Vocational and Technical College of Transportation signed a Memorandum on the Establishment of a Personnel Training Centre for new electric vehicles and alternative energy technologies

 

During the official visit of the delegation from Gansu Province to Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, a memorandum was signed between YKSUG and Gansu Vocational and Technical College of Transportation on the establishment of a Personnel Training Centre for new electric vehicles and alternative energy technologies. This document defined the areas of international cooperation between the educational institutions.

 

After discussing the prospects for cooperation, the Chinese colleagues were given an introduction to the Faculty of Engineering of YKSUG. The tour of the faculty was conducted for the guests by Dean Dzmitry Linnik. He thoroughly acquainted the guests with the departments, specializations, classrooms, facilities and equipment, and also spoke about the specifics of education.

 

The culmination of the meeting was the signing of the memorandum on the establishment of the Personnel Training Centre for new electric vehicles and alternative energy technologies between YKSUG and Gansu Vocational and Technical College of Transportation. Its purpose is to develop international cooperation in the field of education, strengthen mutual understanding, friendship, and partnership relations.

 

The parties agreed to cooperate in the establishment by Gansu Vocational and Technical College of Transportation of a Personnel Training Centre for new electric vehicles and alternative energy technologies and alternative energy sources on the basis of the Faculty of Engineering of YKSUG. The universities also agreed to develop and implement joint projects in the field of education, engage specialized state and non-state organizations in cooperation, and hold joint events.
