Main competencies that the graduate will have

  • − analysis of legal norms and legal relations that are objects of professional activity;
  • − provision of law-making and law enforcement activities;

  • − collection and analysis of regulatory and factual information on the activities of customs authorities;
  • − application of the norms of customs law, the ability to analyze customs relations with the participation of the subject of foreign economic activity;
  • − the ability to monitor compliance with the customs legislation of the EAEU and the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on customs;
  • − the ability to perform customs operations and carry out customs control and other types of state control;
  • − ability to organize work on foreign economic activity;
  • − ability to control the correctness of calculation, completeness and timeliness of customs payments, calculation and collection of penalties, interest; debt collection, refund of customs payments and other funds; administration of customs revenue;
  • - the ability to detect the facts and circumstances of offenses and crimes in the field of customs, to commit legally significant actions
