Kupalovtsy became prize-winners of the International student competition of local history mathematical problems

Students of the 3rd year of the Pedagogical Faculty under the guidance of Svetlana Gadzova, senior lecturer of the Department of Natural Sciences and Linguistic Disciplines and methods of Teaching them, took part in the IV International Student Competition of local history mathematical problems for younger schoolchildren among students of the specialty "Primary Education" at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai.

Following the results of participation in the competition, 3rd-year students of the specialty "Primary Education" of the pedagogical faculty Anelia Zamana, Yulia Lyskovka, Anastasia Lyakh and Margarita Maleeva were awarded a diploma of the II degree in the nomination "History of my region".

The competition was aimed at increasing students' interest in the traditions, culture and history of their native land, the development of research, local history, ethnographic activities during the compilation of local history tasks. Also, the pedagogical competition promotes the education of a patriotic attitude to their small homeland and a careful attitude to its historical and cultural heritage, as well as the identification, development and support of students who show aptitudes and abilities for the methodology of mathematics and its study.

Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno residents became participants of the international forum "Bridges of Friendship"

From November 16 to 19, the educational platform brought together 600 participants – representatives of universities and schools of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.

The forum "Bridges of Friendship" was held at the Pskov State University.

Vice-Rector for Educational Work Vasily Senko, 2nd year student of the Faculty of Economics and Management Yegor Bukhgorovsky and 3rd year student of the Faculty of History, Communication and Tourism Ksenia Kachan took part in the event as part of the Belarusian delegation from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno.

The educational track of the forum included lectures, project seminars, interactive sessions and training sessions conducted by federal experts, representatives of Rosmolodezh, Rossotrudnichestvo, the Gorchakov Foundation.

Within the framework of the forum, the prospects for the dialogue of the youth of the Union State were discussed. The participants developed joint projects aimed at strengthening friendly international relations.

The key event of the expert track of the forum was the signing of the consortium agreement "TOGETHER".

The consortium was created on the basis of Pskov State University in March this year as part of the strategic project of Pskov State University "Russian-Belarusian University Union "TOGETHER" academic leadership program "Priority-2030" of the national project "Science and Universities" of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, employees of departments responsible for youth policy in the territory of the Union State, vice-rectors of higher educational institutions of the two countries, including Vice-Rector for Educational Work of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno Vasily Senko.

Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno organized a teleconference with Arkhangelsk

In order to implement the Internationalization Strategy of the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, a teleconference with school students was held within the framework of a cooperation agreement with the M.V. Lomonosov NARFU (Arkhangelsk, Russian Federation).

On November 15, the Department of Romano-Germanic Philology of the c and the Department of German and French Philology of the M.V. Lomonosov NArFU held a teleconference on the basis of the branch of the Department of Romano-Germanic Philology at the V.D. Sokolovsky Secondary School No. 28 in Grodno.

The event is part of the annual project "German in the scientific and educational space" and was held in order to develop cooperation between educational institutions, improve the foreign language communicative competence of students using information and communication technologies.

The moderators of the teleconference were Natalia Milenkevich, a senior lecturer at the Department of Romano-Germanic Philology at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, and Elena Mityusheva, a teacher of German at MBOU Secondary School No. 14 in Arkhangelsk.

Elena Kostenevich, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of German and French Philology of the M.V. Lomonosov NArFU, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. The philologist welcomed the young participants of the event, stressed the importance of cooperation between schools, expressed hope for further cooperation between educational institutions.

The teleconference brought together more than thirty schoolchildren from the Belarusian and Russian sides. During the event, the students presented each other business cards of their cities, briefly told about the history of the city, its sights and cultural life. Then the participants were invited to communicate in small groups on topics of interest to them. In the teleconference mode, schoolchildren were able to find many moments that can unite them, exchanged experiences and established contacts with their peers. The final stage was the discussion of new vectors of cooperation between educational institutions and the possibilities of their implementation.

It should be noted that the online meeting was held on the initiative of the head of the Department of Romano-Germanic Philology of the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno Nadezhda Vlasyuk and the head of the Department of German and French Philology of the M.V. Lomonosov NArFU Maria Sokolova.

Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno signed an international cooperation agreement with Kaili University (China)

The signing of an international cooperation agreement took place during an online meeting. The parties are interested in working together and, as Rector Irina Kiturko noted, Kylie University and Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno are very similar and will definitely work together.

The parties gathered to discuss the vectors of cooperation and find new points of contact. The agreement was signed with the aim of intensifying cooperation, it will promote scientific, educational and expert cooperation between partner universities and open up new horizons.

Irina Kiturko presented the educational and scientific potential of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, told about the main areas of work and the strategy of advanced development. Chinese colleagues, in turn, talked about how their university lives and what opportunities they can provide to students.

Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno residents took part in the event "Belarusian children's literature at the turn of the century"

The Center of Slavic Cultures of the All-Russian State Library of Foreign Literature named after M.I. Rudomino hosted the event "Belarusian Children's Literature at the Turn of the Century" organized by the National Cultural Autonomy (NCA) "Belarusians of Moscow" with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation.

The event was joined online by the head of the Department of Belarusian Philology Elena Sadovskaya, associate professors of the Department of Belarusian Philology Alina Sabut and Nonna Shandrokha, as well as students of the specialty "Belarusian Philology". The significant cultural event was dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of the Belarusian children's poet Edi Ognetsvet and the 140th anniversary of the founder of Belarusian children's literature Yanka Moor.

Writers and writers spoke at the event, the participants discussed traditions and new trends in modern Belarusian literature, presented their publications and remembered great writers.

A lot of words were said about the current trends in children's literature in the Union State, about new names working for children of Belarusian and Russian authors. The evening ended with the performance of the Exemplary Folk Song Ensemble "Svyatki" of the State Educational Institution "Palace of Children and Youth "Zolak" of Minsk.

A student of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno became a prize-winner of the international competition of designers and models

The international competition of designers and models Italian Fashion Days was held in Turin. The 5th year student of the Faculty of Arts and Design Alina Poyan took part in it.

The competition consisted of several stages. At the qualifying round, Alina presented sketches of the Doomsday collection, which she created as part of a course project. Already at the next stage of the competition, Alina talked about creating her own brand PAVina, shared the results of the work done and presented the collection for evaluation by the jury. Leading Italian designers checked every item of clothing for the quality of cutting, tailoring, visual component.

The final stage of the competition was a fashion show. The commission-jury evaluated everything: collection, imagery, output of models, musical accompaniment and many other parameters.

It was not easy to surprise the exacting commission. But the young Belarusian couturier did it! Alina Poyan was awarded a diploma of the second category!

Kupala resident became a participant of the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the state regulation of the physical culture movement in Russia

As part of the implementation of the cooperation agreement with the Northeastern Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov, the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture Vitaly Khramov took part in events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the state regulation of physical culture movement in Russia.

Within the framework of the 100th anniversary, the IX International Scientific Congress "Problems of physical education: content, orientation, methodology, organization" was held, where Vitaly Khramov made a plenary report. Within the framework of his speech, he presented the scientific and methodological foundations for the formation of a digital information and educational environment of physical education.

Over 600 people from Belarus, Russia and Mongolia took part in the congress. The scientists discussed the development of science in the field of physical culture and sports and the peculiarities of rationing human motor activity in the extreme conditions of the Arctic.

Kupala resident also gave an open lecture for NEFU students on the methodology of teaching motor actions using electronic didactic tools. In addition, Vitaly Khramov is included in the dissertation council, opened at NEFU, in the specialties of physical culture and sports.

Opening new horizons: Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno and Cienfuegos University (Cuba) establish cooperation

An important online meeting with the leadership of the University of Cienfuegos (Cuba) took place today at the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno. The event was dedicated to the issues of prospective cooperation between the two educational institutions.

During the online meeting, the heads of both universities discussed various aspects of cooperation, including the exchange of students and teachers under the Visiting Professor program, joint research projects, educational programs and much more. The parties expressed mutual interest and readiness for further development of partnership relations.

This meeting is an important step in strengthening international relations between Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno and Cienfuegos University. Such cooperation provides unique opportunities for students and teachers of both universities, allows them to deepen the diversity of types of education and develop academic and cultural ties.

Recall that on September 19, the Belarusian-Cuban forum of rectors of higher educational institutions was held in Minsk. The event was attended by the Rector of the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno Irina Kiturko. The forum hosted a presentation of the educational and scientific potential of Cuban and Belarusian universities. The importance of engineering education, which serves as the basis of the economic sovereignty of the two countries, was noted. It was this meeting that became the starting point on the way to cooperation between the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno and the University of Cienfuegos (Cuba).

Advanced training courses for teachers of Kokand State Pedagogical Institute named after Mukimi are gaining momentum at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno

Daily training sessions introduce Uzbek guests to innovative methods and technologies of teaching at the university.

On November 2, a lesson on "Video as a learning tool" was held for representatives of the Kokand Pedagogical Institute named after Mukimi (Uzbekistan), who arrived as part of the advanced training courses "Technologies for improving the quality of teaching and learning at universities". The speaker was the head of the Journalism Department Inna Minchuk. She also introduced Uzbek colleagues to the student media center of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, which provides opportunities for practical professional training and creative realization of students.

In addition, on the same day, a heuristic distance lesson on the discipline "Innovative Pedagogy" was held for 2nd-year students of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Kokand Pedagogical Institute named after Mukimi. An online lesson on the topic "The universe of a digital teacher" was conducted by a participant of the courses, associate professor of the Department of Pedagogy of the Kokand Pedagogical Institute named after Mukimi Utkir Zhumakuzievich Yuldoshev, together with representatives of EMM Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno on the Zoom platform. And in the evening Utkir Yuldoshev became a guest of the stream of the Student Media Center and the Department of Journalism "STREAM".

Upon completion of the module "Innovative teaching methods and technologies", students of advanced training courses from the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute named after Mukimi, together with moderators, will summarize the results at a round table.

Ahead of the Uzbek colleagues are classes, trainings, discussions within the framework of two more training modules "Psychological aspects of teacher–student interaction" and "Designing educational programs".

Advanced training courses for teachers from Uzbekistan will continue until November 23.

The working trip of the first Vice-rector of the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno to the People's Republic of China has ended

During the friendly visit, from October 23 to October 30, agreements on cooperation between educational institutions of the People's Republic of China and Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno were signed.

As part of his working trip, the First Vice-rector took part in the conference "International cooperation in Industry, Education and science", where the main purpose of the event was to provide a platform for negotiations and establishing international contacts aimed at strengthening the partnership between Belarus and China in the field of education.

Alexander Karevsky, a representative of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, signed a cooperation agreement with the Cambridge Harbin Institute, and also got acquainted with the material and technical equipment of the university, in particular with educational bases and laboratories.

The first vice-rector of the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno visited the campus of the Yantai Scientific and Technical Professional College, where he took part in the discussion of the development and implementation of innovative developments at the university. An important event of the visit was the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Yantai Professional College of Science and Technology. In the final days of the working trip, the signing with the College of Economics and Trade of Jiangjiang City took place.

It should be noted that the parties are interested in scientific developments and internships, advanced training of the teaching staff in areas of mutual interest, exchange of students, undergraduates, postgraduates.

The working visit was accompanied by interesting meetings, productive dialogues and pleasant impressions.
