A forum for the experience exchange and finding partners within the Program "Latvia – Lithuania – Belarus" gathered more than 400 representatives of various organizations from Lithuania, Latvia and Belarus in Vilnius (Lithuania).
Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno was represented by the following participants: Elena Knor, the head of the International project activities office of Education Internationalization Centre, and Elena Opekun, the 1st category methodist of Organizational-methodical support of scientific and innovation activity office of the scientific research Department.
Together with colleagues from partner countries, the staff of our University discussed ideas for new projects and represented the potential of the University for future consortia. Also during the Forum the results of the 2007-2013 Program was summed up. Moreover, the thematic issues of the new 2014-2020 period Program, the basic conditions of participation in competitions and joint projects for which the European Union has allocated € 74 000 000 were represented.
The first contest for project proposals under the European neighborhood instrument of cross border cooperation Program “Latvia – Lithuania – Belarus" is scheduled for autumn 2016.
