After receiving the documents of the candidate for training, the university carries out their examination and makes a decision on the possibility of issuing an invitation to study.

The University sends a scan copy of the invitation to study to the candidate for training. The Department of citizenship and migration sends notification of the approval of the invitation to the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the candidate's country of residence.

The candidate for training applies for a study visa at the consular office of the Republic of Belarus at the place of his/her residence or upon arrival at the airport of Minsk.

In accordance with the requirements of the border control authorities of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the General Consular Department, citizens obtaining a visa at the consular section of Minsk National Airport must notify the university 15 days prior to arrival of the date of arrival and itinerary. A visa will be issued at the airport ONLY in the presence of all necessary documents and in the presence of an official representative of the university.
