Representatives of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno spoke at the II Constitutional Readings in Kyrgyzstan

As part of the international conference dedicated to the Day of the Lawyer of the Kyrgyz Republic, Associate Professors of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno Barys Balakhonau and Aksana Shupitskaya took part in the II Constitutional Readings. They delivered topical reports reflecting their scientific research.

 

Barys Balakhonau, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, presented a report on the topic "Peculiarities of the Legal Regulation of Issuing Temporary Protective Orders (Protective Injunctions) in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus." His comparative analysis of the protective mechanisms of the two countries aroused lively interest among colleagues and was recognized as highly relevant and in demand.

 

Aksana Shupitskaya, Associate Professor of the Department of International Law, presented a report on "The Constitutional Complaint as an Institution for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms in the Republic of Belarus." During the discussion, participants highly appreciated the proposed approaches and asked a number of clarifying questions.

Participation in the conference strengthened international cooperation in the field of constitutional law.
