- Medicine: monitoring of biochemical status of humans and animals, diagnosis of hereditary enzymopathy, biochemical testing in the area of human and animal metabolomics and proteomics.

- Pharmacology: analytical assessment of active substances of medicinal preparations and food supplements based on amino acids, vitamins and steroid hormones
