The training was held for 5 days at the University of Barcelona. The University of Barcelona is one of the oldest universities in Catalonia. It was founded in 1450. Since then, it has been rightfully considered one of the best state universities in Spain and the world.
Together with colleagues from leading universities in Armenia, Georgia, Belarus and Spain, the issue of using game approaches, which are widespread in computer games and education, was studied. The main focus was on the goals that are aimed at the use of mobile applications, as well as gaming techniques in teaching. An innovative approach makes it possible to increase the involvement of students in the analysis and solution of, first of all, practice-oriented problems. During the seminars, specific mobile services were considered, whereby the educational process becomes fun and effective.
Participants of the PRINTeL project from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, after getting acquainted with educational innovations in five European universities, will become moderators of advanced training courses for the teaching staff “University of Educational Innovation: Theory, Methodology and Practice of Modern Education”. The courses will be held in several stages from January to May 2019. It is planned that teachers from all departments of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno will become their participants.
